According to the Law, the processing of personal data, whether fully or partially, through automated or non-automated means is considered "personal data processing."

Purposes of Processing

Recipients and Purposes of Data Transfer

Your personal data may be shared with company partners, suppliers, stakeholders, group companies, local software companies, technology companies, healthcare providers, and legally authorized public authorities, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

Collection Method and Legal Basis

Your personal data may be collected through declarations, application forms, documents requested for creating a CV, various contracts, information forms, surveys, social media applications, forms filled out on our website, security camera recordings, and processed and transferred in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and the purposes specified in this privacy policy.

Data Retention Period

The company will retain personal data in accordance with the purposes specified in this privacy policy and relevant legal requirements. Additionally, the company reserves the right to retain personal data for the necessary duration for conducting defenses in the event of a dispute between the data owner and the company and for the statute of limitations determined by applicable laws.

Your Rights Under the Law

According to Article 11 of the Law, as a data owner, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • To know the purposes of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with those purposes,
  • To learn to whom your personal data is transferred within the country or abroad,
  • To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with Article 7 of the Law,
  • To obtain information about the notification made to third parties regarding the correction or deletion of your personal data,
  • To object to any unfavorable outcome arising from the analysis of your data solely through automated systems,
  • To request compensation in case you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can exercise your rights by filling out the application form available on our website and submitting it in person or via email to kayoted@kayoted.com, along with your identity documents. Your requests will be processed free of charge within thirty days at the latest. However, if additional costs arise, Kayoted reserves the right to charge fees according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
